You’re buying directly from the people who raise the cattle. We process and pack locally, sell one 2 kg mince product and deliver consolidated orders to collection points. That keeps the journey simple and the price fair. 

We include the meat cuts from across the animal, including sirloin, striploin, rump and other primal cuts. It does not mean offal is included in your beef mince.

Yes. Every 2 kg pack is supplied frozen. Bring an insulated esky suitable for keeping your order frozen on the trip home. Follow the pack label: store frozen at or below −18°C, thaw in the refrigerator and cook thoroughly.

Reserve your packs online without paying. Reservations count towards the town target. We review the complete route and confirm the run. Payment by POS when you collect on the day

These are town collection runs, not home deliveries. Your order is attached to a specific collection point, date and time window. Check those details before reserving

Contact us before the collection window using the details on your order. Someone else can collect for you with your order number. We cannot leave frozen beef at a collection point after the truck departs. Contact us promptly if you miss your collection; we will discuss the available arrangements.
